If you have more than 3 or more rooms that need cleaning we will not charge for the hallway that is a $15.00 saving.

The price includes- Friendly customer service, Inspection of carpet, pre vacuuming with hepa, pre treating stains and hot water rinse and extraction. Extra charges may apply for extremely heavily soiled carpets that need to be restored, If there are many pet stains, odour issues or if there is furniture that needs to be moved around. We also provide free estimates if in doubt. This offer is only valid for hot water extraction not dry carpet cleaning.  

Urine Stains And Contamination
Please note that when cleaning urine stains, there is a difference between cleaning the urine stain and treating for odour. Cleaning existing urine stains MAY NOT remove any associated odour. In fact in some cases,could INCREASE the odour in the air space for a temporary period of time. Please see Odour control link for more info on odour removal.

Pet urine can cause permanent damage to your floors and fabrics, it can also create an unhealthy indoor environment. When urine is first deposited onto a floor or fabric, it is in an almost "neutral" state, which means that it is easier to remove when it is fresh. Once it dries, it turns "alkaline" and becomes more difficult to remove, the longer it is left and allowed to become more "alkaline", depending on the fabric or floor type, it will permanently change the dye structure, therefore causing permanent staining. Even if the soluble deposits are removed, the damage to the dye structure may already be done.To prevent premature staining in the future, clean urine spots immediately by blotting with a white terry cloth towel or plain white paper towels until no moisture is transferred or call us for pet stain removal or urine contamination we specialize in this area.
